I arrived in Korea 1950 just in time for China to get into the war. My company had the duty to load up the evacuation at Hamhung in December 1950.

I left Korea in Dec. 1951.

I was also with the 79th in Japan, and Eniwetol.

While we were on Eniwetol, I was on the boxing team.

I got in touch with my best friend in the 79th, the last time that we talked was in December 1951.

I am sending a few pictures to you. That is all I have, I didn't have time to take many pictures at the time.

The pictures of me, where taken right before we shipped out. Then there are some from Korea when we were doing the evacuation at Hungam.

Fred Morehouse, John Kean, and me were the best of friends.
